The location was excellent and easy to park
Since our arrival, the experience has been extremely unpleasant. The reservation was not found immediately and the two reception employees demonstrated little availability, difficult communication and an unprepared attitude to deal with the situation. Throughout the stay, a clear lack of training on the part of the hotel staff became evident, reflected not only at the reception, but also in the restaurant, where the service was quite unsatisfactory. Furthermore, the hotel showed visible signs of degradation and lack of maintenance. The area where meals were served had a very unpleasant smell, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Overall, the stay fell far short of expectations and left a very negative impression.

Loved everything about our stay at Manchebo!! The staff was so welcoming and so helpful our entire stay. The rooms were super clean and very spacious. It was our first trip to Aruba so we wanted to be right on the beach and we definitely got that with Manchebo. The beach was absolutely perfect! We had visited another popular beach while we were in Aruba and we wished we were back at Manchebo instead. The palapas were great to relax under and there was always one available for us. There are delicious restaurants on the resort and very close by in the shopping area if you’re not wanting to go far for food.
The only thing I can think of that was a little bit of a let down was there not being a microwave in the room. But that was just a minor inconvenience. I think you can request a room with a microwave
